Job Description MCA, Inc, is looking for a talented, energetic individual with a background and interest in learning software and tools, communicating with customers about our principles and methodology while growing our social media presence, planning and executing classes, seminars and conventions as well as maintaining and developing our website.
We are looking for someone with experience and knowledge in Sales, Marketing, and Office Environments with a willingness to learn and adapt in a changing environment.
At MCA, Inc.
, you will:
Receive training (some is self-guided) in MCA, Inc's principles, and methods, specifically Agile Construction and Agile Distribution Work internally and externally with MCA Inc's Software suite, gaining familiarity with the industry and the usage of our tools and how they benefit our customers and the industry as a whole.
Become an advocate for our products.
Lead hiring efforts, marketing and outreach efforts, with guidance and direction from leaders Support office operations and organize information (including updating class content, catalogues) Lead association communication including convention preparation Be willing to travel to support classes and events as necessary.
Qualifications/Requirements The ideal candidate will have some formal business education, be able to work independently and use a structured approach to learning and problem solving.
Taking responsibility for deadlines and working to a visible plan is important.
Education or experience in fields listed above.
Bachelors degree preferred Proactive troubleshooting, problem-solving and analytical skills - an interest in research with practical application Have an ability to work alone (self motivated) and with others (collaborative) Have strong attention to detail (spelling and grammar knowledge, specifically) Familiarity and proficiency in Microsoft tools including Powerpoint, Excel and word.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written, demonstrating explanation of complex topics to a variety of users Website maintenance experience is a plus.
