Ascension Health Information Services (AHIS) located at Grand Blanc, Michigan is seeking to hire an Applications Support Analystto join our team. This candidate will be responsible for providing on-call support for the local healthcare ministry's applications; which may include weekends and/or evenings. The candidate must be able to provide excellent customer service, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and have strong communication skills.
At least 1 year of application support experience
Willingness to work weekends and or evenings
Willingness to provide on-call support
Ability to learn new applications

Willingness to reside within a commutable distance of Grand Blanc, MI
Bachelor''s degree or above
Healthcare experience is a plus

Provide coverage for on-call support of all Geneys applications to include weekends and/or evenings
Provide expert analysis and timely solutions utilizing resolution documentation and application expertise
Engage department subject matter experts to assist in resolving issues when necessary
Communicate significant issue statuses to AHIS and Genesys staff
Maintain the necessary expertise on all applications through on-going training and knowledge transfer sessions

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
