Property Manager (Manufactured Home Community)
We are currently seeking a seasoned Property Manager to operate and manage one of our manufactured home communities. Our Property Managers play a key role in contributing to the overall successful operations of our multi-million dollar portfolios. Our Property Manager will be responsible for financial, leasing, administrative, personnel management, and resident retention related responsibilities.
We are currently looking to pay for the best-fit candidate, and will commensurate depending on experience.

Essential Skills &
Experience:
Prior community/property management experience;Manufactured home experience a plus
Competence in personal computer skills, keyboard, internet search, math, Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as community software applications; YARDI Experience a Plus
Present self in a neat, clean and professional manner at all times throughout the workday and/or whenever present at the community.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
